Day Five - A Change in Plans

Jun 23, 2010 12:31

This morning I woke up somewhat more groggy than I was the previous three days. But that was to be expected. I honestly couldn't keep strictly following the schedule without trying to squeeze in extra time after the designated wake up calls. When Rob didn't sign on again, I thought he was oversleeping again, so some ideas were brainstormed...

I dunno about you, but I thought it was pretty ingenious. We never went through with the call though.

This morning, he signed on to say that he was either going to return to normal monophasic sleep, or try out the everyman cycle. We decided to transition from uberman to everyman.

The new schedule is posted below the uberman one on the side bar. It's definitely less intense than uberman; three 20 minute naps through the day, and 3 solid hours of sleep.
Here's to hoping it'll be less painful.

everyman, sleep, switch, uberman
