photos of my 20th, from 2 weeks ago.
it was on the 2nd day of FWOC, how unfortunate. thank goodness I wasn't in hall at night, else i'll be tortured like Kelvin Chew.
i LOVE this cake. my favourite poohbear :) even though the icecream cake tasted only average, it was aesthetically pleasing!!
HEARTBROKEN >.< was reluctant to cut because i like the design!!!!
at night.
ju jung ju restaurant (the korean restaurant along pasir panjang road near hall) i really can't remember how to spell. it was GOOD. i will go back again if i have a chance :) my first time tasting authentic korean food. it was a spread, like they had a wide variety of side dishes to go along with the main dishes. and apparently you need to eat the bbq meat (marinated really well!) together with the side dishes to experience the real korean taste. hahaha the k dramas and food make me want to save up for korea now! anyway we sat on the wooden floor which was rather uncomfy cause i prefer sitting on a chair than on the floor. but we chose the floor instead for the experience. hohoho
looking at the side dishes alone made us really hungry. -growls
and wagyu beef!!! :D
along with the food were some random stuffs. too many pictures but i'll show you the most interesting one! okay call me a suagu but i was totally AMUSED!!!! by this tablet like looking thing. i told J that it should be a korean type of sweet (since it's supposedly an authentic korean restaurant right????) hahahhaa and guess what?
omg we asked the waitress for wet towels (cause there wasn't any on the table) hahahahha
and she pointed to us the "white looking sweets" hohohoh
scroll down for the process!!

AMAZING. su go i desu ne! (that's in japanese) what's amazing in korean!??!!?
J: "OMG SO THERE IT IS" -bursts out laughing
and since FWOC lasted for over a week, it wasn't very convenient for me to meetup with any of my friends till the following weekend. and as expected, i had a great time with a101 at Sizzler! gosh, took 20 minutes to find Sizzler. urghhhh never ever ask me to meet you at suntec.. unless i'm not alone. hahaha because i always get lost ): like seriously lost, i walked around the fountain so many times. think i can even memorize the restaurants there already. and there are so many exits here and there. goshhh I made like 238924824 calls to Adele and still could not find the way. and thank goodness Eugene found me walking aimlessly. my sense of direction is THAT bad hahahha.
we were gluttons. FULL RIBS YUMS. contented

Sizzler is apparently known for it's salad bar, which wasn't too bad.. considering that i'm not a fan of salad bars. hahaha the only exciting thing was that we were able to make our own ice cream. i did mine really well (but there's no photos to prove urgh). oh anyway i managed to take baoying's products. gosh (the above 2 pictures) damn ugly! so unappetitizing.
MICHELLE HENG WHERE ARE YOU ):
happy birthday clara! july babies! woohoooo and i'll see you in school :)
mango cake!
hahaha we were eating halfway and suddenly realized that they have been buying the SAME MANGO CAKE from four leaves for 3 or is it 4 consecutive years? firstly, our class will never buy chocolate cakes because and only because of mr eugene chew who doesn't eat chocolates. see, we're so accomodating. and it has always been this mango cake on my birthday because it just so happen that they'll pass by a four leaves cake shop. hahaha i'm never sick of mango so yay!

just last thursday, celebrated again with the arts-gang (:
this time it was at kovan kopitiam cause we were craving for seafood the night before and decided to give the famous punggol seafood a try. satisfying! interesting place to celebrate and these people do not mind going to a less glam place. hhaha love them and love how we all think alike. (:
it was angela's birthday the next day so we decided to celebrate it together too :)
omg it was my 3rd or 4th cake already, i'm officially sick of cakes.
this time i had toothpaste cake. hahah it was actually chocolate-mint cake but according to Kelly, it tasted like her colgate toothpaste.
anyway thanks for buying the cake yaqi even though we brushed our teeth with sugary mint that night hahahaha!

wanted to play bowling after that but we all had to leave early (in time) for the last bus/train.
so we engaged in something else that wasn't as time consuming. hurhur ended up at the photo ID booth! feels so old-school ay i remembered how i loved taking neoprints then. hehhhh
