Burning question of the moment
Since when did people fleeing war and political chaos and persecution in their home countries cease to called refugees and start being labelled as migrants, as though they are going to migrate back home in the autumn like Monarch butterflies? And why are Western governments wary of granting refugee status to the thousands of people who are effectively stateless due to war and turmoil?
