Woke up this morning, had a Hooah! bar, played some Puzzle Pirates, won enough money playing poker to buy two ships, cleaned my room, took my laundry to the collection point, got my hair cut, showered and shaved, put on a brand new freshy-clean uniform, put some Chipotle Tabasco sauce on my daily gyro (thanks guys!), and all my water is orange-flavored now (thanks again!). I feel like a quarter-million dollars.
The trip was not nearly as perilous as advertised. I was quite disappointed. Nevertheless, I had fun. There was a pool, and they even fixed it so that it wasn't broken or anything. Bought some trunks and went for a swim. Then I went and installed the browser client version of Puzzle Pirates on one of the computer lab workstations. Being a sedentary lump was not in my original plan. My original plan was to go out into the *CLASSIFIED* and take a lots of pictures of *CLASSIFIED*, but we were restricted to the compound, so there would be none of that. So I made the best of it, and it was pretty good.
Started playing
Yohoho! Puzzle Pirates again about two weeks ago. Now it is my all-consuming passion. Every waking moment not spent working is spent playing or plotting about Puzzle Pirates. I don't know what it is about that game that grips me. At the start, it was something Tsunami suggested, an MMO to joke around on while we chatted. But now I've got plans and grand schemes of starting a crew, eventually starting a flag, then declaring war, blockading and taking over islands. Now RanShin and
jenni_the_odd have started playing too. I told RanShin that if we could get JT playing that I'd have a joygasm and die of happiness, but realistically it'd be more like I'd have a good reason to keep going. I don't know if you guys would enjoy it all that much.
orochimike and Olrox played Lumines and Puzzle Fighter though.
areiser, did you play Puzzle Fighter too? Turns out that the Swordfighting puzzle is modeled heavily after Puzzle Fighter. I don't know what the rest of y'all think of puzzle games.
fizzboy and
akatora already have their WoW. And everybody is all into Pokemon. How about the rest of you? I'm sure you've got real-life hobbies. Although, if we all played Puzzle Pirates and were on a crew together and kicked ass at it, that would be triple-plus good.
EDIT:
WARNING:
If an addiction to Puzzle Pirates would destroy your life, it would negate the fun I'm having. Please, play responsibly.
