The other evening as I sat out front of the newly opened Starbucks here in Lancaster, I observed people who would just come, not buy anything, remove their shirts, and try and use intimidation to scare other people into thinking they were somewhat tough. Rather bizzare.
Even bringing a somewhat mainstream establishment to this place can not make it better. Pack this place with all the resturaunts, new hip shops, and track houses you can, but it will never change the fact that there is something wrong here. It's in the blood. The Antelope Valley syndrome.
