Rocky's Pizza? heh. i'll bet. the best pizza I've ever had. I've eaten there since I can remember. The main drag is very historical and touristy. But I am drawn to the lakes and mountains.. though i love downtown.. and woods are like home to me.
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I think it's a wonderful place to visit. I must say I'm glad I didn't grow up there though... the schools aren't that great. But I got to spend every summer there. My favorite places? I think they are all off the beaten path really.. I'll have pictures from my trip up soon and I'll post the link and you can see some.. :) I love the hot springs of course. The Science museum is one of my fondest memories aside from the lakes and mountains. Camping in the woods.. and so on. I could go on forever. I hope you do go back. They've been doing a lot of improvements to downtown. The art scene has grown a lot. A lot more to do there now than when i was young.
