Thank God It's Thursday

For some reason at this very moment as I am typing, I feel anxious and almost awkward. Maybe, it's because I am in between classes with nothing to do (all my books are waiting for me at home. I have to wait until the weekend to get them! they were delivered to my house) and I am just trying to kill some time. I have an hour before I have to go to class. I think I'm also on edge a little bit, because I have yet to hear from my mom! My aunt is suppose to get a tumor removed from her head this morning. I tried calling after Astronomy and during lunch, and still no answer. She doesn't even have her cell phone on. I am trying to chill out by taking deep breaths. Hopefully, I can chill out a little bit.

After class today (which btw is FMST 260: Relationships and Dating), I have work from 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM. I hope I can do something fun tonight after work since I don't have classes on Fridays. My friend was suppose to let me know about our date, but he has yet to talk to me this week, which is fucking lame. (Men can be such jerks. sure I understand being busy, but you can atleast email me and say that!) Also, Tomorrow, I am hoping to go to the Hirshorn Gallery to check out the Anslem Kiefer display, before it leaves on September 10th. If anyone is interested in going, let me know!

Yesterday wasn't too bad. I did my radio show, i got my readings done and went to class. I realized I forgot to do the other 2 homework assignments for that same class. So here I was freaking out over not having my objectives and my article for class. I felt a bit frustrated. The nice thing was I did do my journal entry and had read my book. I got lucky in class as well. I don't have to present my current events article until next week (fuck yes!) and during the break, I ran upstairs to my office (my job is in the same place as this class) and quicky printed out my class objectives assignment.

As for this morning, Astronomy class was cool. I really like this professor a lot. He's nerdy, but in that cool way. He's also got a rad sense of humor, which is a good thing. Not to mention, the pop quiz we had today was open note and for extra credit! (hell yeah!)

Earlier, I mentioned my radio show. Those who don't know, you can listen to the archive of this week's show anytime up until next week, when it's replaced with the newer episode. (i hope that makes sense!) here's the link to the mp3 ( granted this mp3 does run for 2 hours. treat it like it's a pod cast or something)http://wmucradio.com/stream_ripper/wed/The_Alternative_Breakfast_Party_from_Hell_1000_1200.mp3

as for the playlist, I think it was pretty good. I need newer ideas though. So if you know better songs (ie- non single tracks by artists from various albums) please let me know! I am need of new ideas, granted I am on a budget as well.
