Dear You

Last night, I got home late. I had fun with my friends and got back to the dorm around 10 pm. We ended up going to applebee's which was alright. I watch my friends get drunk on long island ice teas and martinis of various flavors. To make them happy, I took a sip of each and went "ick" they laughed at the faces I made. I told them, I don't like alcohol. I guess I never will.... After dinner and them drinking, we went to Kristy's house to warm up for keroake, but I ended up not going out for that. I stayed in instead, because I thought my folks were picking me up around 11 pm. But instead they arrived at midnight, which meant I hung out in my apartment for more than I thought I would had and i didn't get home until 3 am. I basically slept in the car.

As for the MTV Video Awards, i'm not watching the whole thing. I can careless about them. The only thing that matters to me is that I saw AFI get their award and laughed my ass off at the sour faces panic at the disco made as AFI got the award. I find it funny Panic actually thought their fans could somehow beat the Despair Faction and all the other obsessive AFI fans out there.

Last night, I fell asleep to Jawbreaker, which was probably some of the best sleep I've had in a long time. Lesson of the story... Dear You is good for sleep? Um depends on the song I guess. I'm now in a huge mood to listen to Jawbreaker, so I have all of my albums out. The only one I don't have is Unfun, which I hope to get someday. I once found Blake Schwarzenbach in the white pages, which was kinda funny. I know it really is him. He was even on myspace! Maybe someday, i'll meet him and be like "your music changed my life!" haha. well, chesterfield king is my song to play when i need the courage to ask a guy out. (*cough* right now is one of those times *cough*)

Tonight was pretty fun. I ended up going to Cumberland with my friend Brent. We got to meet Mayor Martin O'Malley who will hopefully be Maryland's next Governor! I talked to him about politics and U2, which is his favorite band. After the whole political democratic party rally, Brent and I went out to dinner at Baltimore Street Grill. It was pretty yummy stuff and a good time! Nobody bought drinks haha. We were joking about getting hurricanes though. But you all know that I don't drink at all. I try sips of things but that's about it. and that only happens when i'm with my parents. After dinner, we went to Dairy queen for blizzards! On the way home, we drove around Frostburg, checking out the very expensive/rich neighborhoods. We kept on cursing at the houses too. We saw this one house with a hummer in the drive way, we yelled out "fuck you and your hummer too." It's now cool to hate on rich people, remember that kids!!!!
