Manic Monday and the alternative dance party from hell!
"It was just another manic monday"- suzzanah hoffs and prince said it best. gosh that song is my antheme. Getting up this morning was a bitch! I wish it was easy to just wake up and go, but of course, you have to feel drowsy and sore. (my back hurts in the morning!) but the whole idea of my mom calling me and being a bitch to me has worked. So i had a semi productive morning. semi, because i skipped a class to work on this project. but there's nothing like handing in a six page report! that was very pleasing. this morning, noreen (this one dj) had an emeragency and I covered for her. so after my last class, i ran home and grabbed stuff. it was all very last minute, but i think i did awesome though. I atleast had one listener (thanks kristin!!!), which is pretty sweet. the dj set made my day. I have to laugh though, when i entered the station these two black guys from nyc were promoting their r&b boy group. apparently, they run their own label or something. listen to the show and you'll hear the shoutout they did. i tried being a good sport about it. but i wouldn't let them take my air time and play their stupid song haha.
anyways,now i have to get some more work done. research and studying for journalism. it shouldn't be too bad. aside from my exam, tomorrow should be an easy day. I definately will be in the library a lot tomorrow. so that is all. it's a quick entry, but check out the awesome playlist!
