025 - Strangers

- “Who are you? Stop! I won’t let you go any further!”

Tatsumi stood at the door of the Kido mansion, his muscular body blocking the entrance to this unknown man, a potential danger to his lady.

- “Fuck you”

The teenager went on, passing by Kido’s door without looking at the bald guard twice. He was already late for his party.

026 - Teammates

Seiya winced when the bandage pressed on his wound, although of course he would never admit it. Shiryu was whispering something to him, probably asking him to stay still while he took care of the bandaging.
Sitting a few meters further down, back resting against what used to be the front wall of the Temple before it became a pile of rocks and dust, Hyoga hugged his knees to his chest.
And that shadow on the broken floor told stories of the bronze saint who was there but who wouldn’t come down to join them in peace now that the fight was over. Still, Ikki was part of their team and they all knew it.

Shun smiled to Seiya and went down to sit by Hyoga, close enough to the shadow of his brother to touch it if he so wanted. It was good to have teammates, but better still to have friends.

027 - Parents

- Who are you calling coward, you cooked chicken? I’ll do it and you’ll have to swallow your words!

Ikki looked on -interested- as Seiya jumped over the banister, failed to grab the lamp and fell on the ground, two floors down, face first.
Pausing just to look over the handrail to make sure Seiya’s neck was still on one piece, Ikki turned to Shiryu and said:

- Which proves my point: some people, like Seiya, should never be allowed to become parents.
