sigh
Well I started up my training again. First time since Anthony died. I might be getting a second job bouncing at this new club in Hollywood. Hopefully that will work out. I got a raise... It still isn't enough though. I need to crunch all the numbers.
Today was funny...I had a drs appt early in the morning. I couldn't find my shoes... I went to the appointment in my socks. Everyone was looking at me weird in the waiting room. Finally the Dr came and called my name with a smirk.
When we were alone he said, "You know you have no shoes on?"
I said, "Yea, I know."
"Well why?"
"I couldn't find my shoes and I didn't want to be late. So I came to my appointment. The world doesn't stop because I don't have shoes."
"You're a very resourceful man."
Maybe I'm stupid but It seemed hilarious once I got into the car. I couldn't help laughing.
Then I drove away...and got a ticket for sharing the crosswalk with a pedestrian :), damn.
