I've done it! I finished my Gravi fic! w00t! Here are some links to find the final chappy in all its glory:

This is by far the fastest I've ever finished a fic. It feels a little....weird, but at the same time I feel accomplished. I've yet to read through the whole thing start to finish (I just concentrated on each chapter I was writing without referring to previous ones), but I know it'll probably seem pretty random....random angst, random sex, random silliness. I guess that's what happens when someone flashes back to all sorts of stuff that's happened (hell, at the end there's even a flash forward ^_^) But, as seems to be the trend with my fics, no matter what happens along the way the couple will get an incredibly sappy ending.

Now that I'm finished with this, I have other plans for Gravi related goodness (wait, aren't I supposed to be writing that Dragonball fic? Err ^_^;;). I'll start a webpage soon (another one to add to my stack of woefully incomplete website projects :P I also need to come up with a name) where I plan on doing various things relating translation. First and foremost on my list is a page critiquing the TokyoPop English version because it's full of dumb mistakes (how freaking hard do you have to try to mess up someone's NAME? And repeatedly, no less), things that are confusing or wrong, and things that irk me to no end (I caught a glance at the recently released volume 12....I can't believe they finished a certain unfinished sentence of Eiri's. There was NO NEED to give it an ending, it was meant to be vague!) After that I hope to do some CD translations, starting out with some of the easier stuff (manga dramatizations, since they mainly follow the manga, though the first two veer off a bit more than the three later ones) then working my way up (sound stories....I still don't even have the third one). WAY down the road if my Japanese and kanji skills go way up, I might even try to translate the Gravi novel I have (but that sucker is DAMN hard to understand....there's so many kanji I don't know, I've pretty much just been satisfied with figuring out a vague idea of what's going on). So I guess there's that stuff to look forward to, if I ever find the time :P As I mentioned in the last chapter, getting a new job and getting married soon doesn't leave me with a whole lot of free time. But I will try! You can count on that ^_^
