Changes to Sailor Quasar
So I have decided to further change and mold my Sailor Moon character, Sailor Quasar, to what she is supposed to be.
I have changed her attacks.
In order of power and importance:
Quasar Star Power Attacks:
Quasar Laser (fires a sharp laser from her locket, later shot from the palm of her hand)
*NEW NAME* Quasar Starburst *NEW NAME* (Fires multiple lasers from both hands, each homing in on the enemy)
*NEW TRANSFORMATION NAME* Quasar Stellar Power *NEW TRANSFORMATION NAME* Attacks:
*NEW* Redshift (Red light is emitted from the Sailor Scout, blinding all enemies and engulfing the sorrounding area in red light)

And I have changed her main colors. Her primary color is a deep red color, used on her skirt and collar, jewels and shoes. Her secondary color is black, used on her front and back bow.
I would appreciate a new picture of her made by mary!!! *wishes*
