Pairing of the week Seiya/Usagi

So here's the new pairing of the week Seiya/Usagi: Discuss!

Personally I ship them in the anime, but only from seasons 3-5 when Mamoru's character got derailed.

Next pairing will be Usagi/Minako (A pairing I'm rapidly starting to love)

At first, the thought of someone else usurping Mamoru as Usagi's beloved was mind-boggling to me. I didn't want to accept it, and while I didn't know anything of Seiya's character yet, I began to dislike him just for that. But when I finally got around to watching the Stars season, I completely fell for Seiya and Seiya/Usagi.

I love the way they're so cute together: Seiya always teasing Usagi, Usagi reacting in a flustered manner, but them generally getting along well. And they get along so well! They're absolutely adorable with each other, I can't describe it otherwise. Even in their Senshi forms, Sailor Moon inspires devotion in Sailor Star Fighter, and in return, Sailor Moon tried her best to understand and make allies out of them.

I love that the pairing both has fluff potential as well as angst -- there's always the looming issue of the known future ahead of them with Neo King Endymion and Neo Queen Serenity, as well as Seiya's inevitable return to Kinmoku. Still, in that brief time that they were together, they showed great potential to become a wonderful couple. Perhaps in an alternate universe, they can be together.
