I may be interested in joining but all your links are locked. I can't read the rules, FAQs or see what characters are available.

smlrpg is a sub-comm of sailormoonland, so membership there is required to join. (That's why all the posts are members-locked.)

The sailormoonland Rules/FAQ are here, and new members can apply here. For someone involved in the RPG, they need only apply to sailormoonland with a "social" status (or active, if they want - which requires participation in the main community) and are then freed from any participation requirements in the main community.

However, smlrpg has a participation requirement of once every two weeks.

What's the plot?

PLOT:

"Usagi is finally getting married! As the Sailors are busy preparing for the upcoming wedding, the new Sailor Moon formally known as Chibi Usa appears cautioning the formation of time rifts occurring throughout the time streams resulting in villains of the past moving through time. All forms of Tokyo are on the brink of destruction, powers once gained are being lost, and the enemy has set its sights on Usagi before she ascends to the throne and produces a new heir of the Moon."

No, pairings are up to the person RPing a character (and the person they want to create a pairing with.) :)
