Out of 15 participants, 11 managed to submit their icons or bye on time. obsessivexlove & fiendie did not submit an icon or a skip and have been forced to use a skip. margyydoodle, & xoxoknlove have decided to use their skips. d_a_z_z_l_e_m_e, & miyuist failed to submit an icon, and without any skips left, have been disqualified.
VOTING RULES
01. You will be voting for the icon(s) with LESSER QUALITY than the rest. This means your vote should be based on the QUALITY of the icon, and not because you dislike the icon or a certain style used. Take notice of the technical aspects of the icon -- cropping, colouring, sharpening, text placement, brushwork, etc.
02. Comment to this post with the TWO icons of your choice for lesser quality. For those icons, include a reason why you have chosen to vote for them. The explanation does not have to lengthy, a simple:
