Out of 17 participants, 11 managed to submit their icons or bye on time. obsessivexlove, d_a_z_z_l_e_m_e, fiendie, terza_teabeef, &miyuist did not submit an icon or a bye and has been forced to use a skip. kyriefluffins has decided to use their skip. letoist failed to submit an icon, and without any skips left, has been disqualified.
VOTING RULES
01. You will be voting for the icon(s) with LESSER QUALITY than the rest. This means your vote should be based on the QUALITY of the icon, and not because you dislike the icon or a certain style used. Take notice of the technical aspects of the icon -- cropping, colouring, sharpening, text placement, brushwork, etc.
02. Comment to this post with the TWO icons of your choice for lesser quality. For those icons, include a reason why you have chosen to vote for them. The explanation does not have to lengthy, a simple:
