My personal opinion of what went wrong?
Ça c'est simple:
--Canada kept getting too many penalities and thereby giving the US team too many power plays. Many of them placing Sidney Crosby on the bench, who is one of their best players.
--BRODEUR (Team Canada's goalie for those not in the know) LEFT THE CAGE AT THE LAST MINUTE ALLOWING THE US TEAM TO SCORE FROM ACROSS THE ICE!!!!
...it was not a good night for Canada.
There was a great length of silence after the final buzzer, with only a few cheers from the scattered USA-ers.
BUT!!!
