the dashboard confessional show was fun. went with jm cuz stacy had to work til late. (sorry gal! ;_;) the opening act was ben lee. he was amusing. then say anything. ok, so their music was good but most of the lyrics sucked. they played 2 good songs at the end tho.
dashboard sang a lot of songs from the new album, which is good cuz thats all i know. but they didn't play "reason to believe" which i really really wanted to hear. i felt like such a poser when they did older songs and it seemed EVERYONE except me & jm were singing along. and ok, maybe i dont know the one song is "screaming infidelities" until he gets to the "your hair is everywhere" part! haha. i suck. they encored with "vindicated" and that "you kissed me like you meant it" song. overall, good times.
tomorrow im dragging scott to warped tour. man, it was hell trying to find someone who could go all day with me! but as long as i get to see motion city soundtrack, i will be happy happy happy. and this time tho, no fishnet tan!
