Eternal Sailor Jon & Chibi Chibi

In the third series (S), Sailor Jon gets the upgrade to Super Sailor Jon, and in the fourth series the rest of the sailors follow suit (no pun intended). In the fifth series (Stars), only Jon ascends to the third and final level: Eternal Sailor Jon. That's the one with the wings.
Also in the fifth series, an adorable yet mysterious little child appears who says nothing but "chibi". Dubbed ChibiChibi, this child's true identity is different between the anime and the manga, but is so monumental that it is usually kept behind spoiler warnings on fansites, even years after the series finished.
Demetri (Sailor Chibi-Jon) returns to the 31st century at the beginning of the series, so most of its promotional art features the combination of Eternal Sailor Jon and ChibiChibi in sailor form, referred to variantly as Sailor ChibiChibi and Sailor ChibiChibiJon.

Sailor Jon's original uniform is based on his usual suit, and it gets classier with each upgrade; Eternal Sailor Jon's is based on a tuxedo.
His wings are mostly ornamental, but they make for some gorgeous artwork. They match the new little wings on the locket which holds the Satire Crystal, now heart-shaped.
The collar is divided into thirteen stripes, white on red, if you count the leftover area in the center as a very wide "stripe".
His weapon is the Eternal Microphone Tier, used to perform the attack "Starlight American Patriot Missile", and later, with a power upgrade from ChibiChibi, "Satire Jon Crystal Power Missile."
ChibiChibi bears a strong resemblance to Jon, only with curlier and pinker hair. (I'm not entirely satisfied with his uniform - the heart theme is good, but it should be cuter. It's based on the outfit that we've seen Nathan Stewart wearing in the few photos that exist of him.)
