I went looking for an email address and gave up. I don't know if you read your comments, especially for a 2017 post, but anyway:
I just purchased my seventh copy of Naked Through the Snow via Amazon. Used, of course, so you won't see any royalties. Sorry about that. The other six were pre-purchased before publication at full cover price. Five became gifts, which the recipients claimed to appreciate greatly (I hope you got new fans.) The sixth copy was just for me... so I lost it. Hence the new purchase.
There are two sets of information I would like to have. The first, with Quarternion Press no longer extant, who owns the publishing rights to the book? I ass-u-me they reverted to you, but if so, WHY HAVEN"T YOU PUBLISHED AN EBOOK VERSION? If you have the original files, you can turn it into an ebook in hours. Self-publish on Amazon.
The second query is like unto the first, yet not. May I have your permission, as required by your copyright, to create my own electronic copy of the book? HTML source files to create a MOBI file for easy reading on my Kindles. (And/or Mobipocket Reader)?
