Heeeeeeeeeeeeere's Laurel!

I'm back! The internet was fixed early Friday afternoon. I've been spending all the time since then trying to get caught up. :D

It was actually a lot easier to deal with than I thought it would be. Sure, there were times when I wished I could get on the internet during the week, but I made sure I had lots of games to play and such so I wouldn't get bored. Also worked on the webpages for some of my stories so I can put them up on the website.

Still plan on talking about my first offering for spn_reversebang when I finish putting all my thoughts together. Now, though, I have to completely freak out over a convention coming here May 1-3 called Texas Frightmare Weekend.

I got a Google alert about it and I went to check out all the guests... they have some pretty good ones. All are related to horror movies. The ones I'm interested in are Malcolm McDowell (unless he charges for anything; then, meh - I did really like A Clockwork Orange when I was a teenager, but not enough to pay for his autograph/picture unless the prices are kind of low), Neve Campbell (yaaaaaay!), Elvira/Cassandra Peterson (unless she charges a lot), Brad Dourif (The voice of Chucky!!! I would pay to have him sign my Chucky doll! And to have my picture taken with him and the doll.), the twin girls from The Shining movie ("Come play with us Danny.") (not a huge priority, but as long as it's free...), Kim Coates (he was in the Silent Hill movie; again, not a huge priority, but...), Ed Neal (played The Hitchhiker/a member of the crazy family in The Texas Chainsaw Massacre; cool but not a huge priority), Tom Savini (who is, of course, a horror legend), Alex Vincent (played Andy in the Child's Play movies; would be cool if he could also sign my Chucky doll), and Alex Winter (of Bill and Ted fame; I actually really liked him in my teenage years for a show he created for Mtv called "The Idiot Box," it was funny and cool).

Oh, did I forget to mention why I got a Google alert for this convention? It's because it will also feature SKEET FUCKING ULRICH as a guest!!! OMG OMG OMG EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE - wait. Where in Texas is it? I may not be able to go if it's in a far away city OH MY GOD IT'S IN DALLAS AT THE DFW AIRPORT HYATT!!!!!! OH MY GOD I CAN GO!!!!!!!!!!!!

EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!

Prices? Reasonable! Location? Easily accessible! OMG I CAN MEET MY FAVORITE ACTOR AFTER ALL THESE YEARS OF FANGIRLING AND DROOLING!!! OMG OMG *breathes into a brown paper bag*

This is months away and just the thought of meeting Skeet is making me hella nervous already. I thought I was over this after all the bands I met when I was a teenager, but I have to remember that a lot of them were bands I didn't like much and we just got their autographs and such because why the hell not? free chance to meet a band! What will I say??? What if I freak out and can't talk? I never thought I'd have an actual chance to meet him and now it's going to happen!!!!! I can't believe I have such a perfect chance!! *knock on wood*

Edit: LOL, I just realized that I tried to keep the fact that Skeet will be there a secret under the cut, but then I used a Skeet icon and Skeet tags on the post. XD Whoops, spoiled the surprise?

Bye, gotta go freak out now! *spin spin bounce*

eeeeeeee, skeet squee, skeet, conventions
