Did they say or demonstrate whether or not Cas could heal people during season 5 when he lost most of his angel powers?

Edit: Oh wait, nevermind. The reason Bobby stayed paralyzed in season 5 is because Castiel had been cut off from Heaven and couldn't heal people. Yaaay. >:)
