Well, I didn't get the job with Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Oh wait, that was the second job I applied for, Claims Screener. >:)
I DID get the other one, Behavioral Health Advocate. :D

(Behavioral Health Advocate = Person who answers questions/deals with problems/takes complaints regarding health insurance claims that deal with mental health.) WOOOOOOHOOOOOOOOO! It'll be a call center job, but I'll also be responding to emails and letters (which is probably why we had to write an essay as one of the job tests). It starts October 11th and it pays WELL. More than I've been paid for any other job I've had. \o/ The only thing that can stop me now is if they don't like my credit history, but I'm not too worried about it at this point. Last year, I had the choice of leaving the job at American Heart Association and taking the job at Bank of America, or staying with AHA until that temp job was over. Good sense said go to BOA, but my gut said no, stay with AHA, the job at BOA isn't going to work out. Which didn't seem to make any sense.
My gut was right.
Now, when I saw the ad on the bus for this job at BCBS, my gut said, "Apply for that job. You're going to get it, and it will work out." And again, it was right. So I'm going to try to trust my instincts more and stop arguing with myself all the time. I worry too much. :P
