Brush brush, clean clean
I've got two job interviews this week coming up. Actually one I have to arrange on Monday, but it should be for this week I would think. Keep your fingers crossed for me! I pretty much have to get a job this month or I'm screwed six ways to Sunday. How can I make this the short story... I'm on extended benefits right now, my original claim ends on January 10th, and I will be able to file a new claim, but the process of approving that one is supposed to take five weeks. At least that's what the dude on the phone told me. I'm not sure why since my last one took three weeks, but whatever. Five weeks will take me well past rent time at the beginning of February. So, must have job. I don't know how they expect you to live while you're waiting five weeks. I guess I'm supposed to supply my own magic money fairy.
I've had an endless sinus headache for probably going on two weeks now. Downing the cold medicine like crazy. It helps. :) I just wish I'd get a breather.
Because of the holidays, the job postings have been light all week. I've been playing Farmville (Facebook game). It takes a while to load. While waiting, I've been going through more rock magazines, tearing out the good articles, and throwing the remnants away. I'm happy over that because I've already emptied one box and I'm going after a second. I found some really good pictures of Jon Bon Jovi with the same haircut he had in Vampires: Los Muertos that I'll be scanning for fanfic art. Really nice, expressive pics. Makes me happy. ^_^
It won't be easy to get these garbage bags full of magazines down to the dumpster, though. The bags are already tearing, lol. Pictures of Skid Row and Poison blowing down the street after one splits open on me on my way down the stairs... XD
