Happy Birthday!
I mean... what do I mean? Oh well, maybe it will come to me later.
I don't have any particular reason to be happy this Christmas... my parents are dead and I don't talk to my sister or brother if I can help it, but for some reason, I'm feeling very festive and happy. Just been hyper as shit all day. Eh. ^_^?
I can't WAIT for my yuletide story! I really shouldn't stay up waiting for it. I have to work Christmas Day (for the most heartless company in America) and if I don't want to be a zombie, I should go to bed by midnight at the latest. But I CAN'T WAIT!! Which fandom did they write for me? Will I get some extra Yuletide Treat stories? I want some! Eeeee! Gimme gimme!!!
People have written so many stories that the count was up to more than 1800 last time I checked. I wanted so bad to take part in this and write some mini-stories for other people, but no matter how hard I tried, the muses would not relent. I don't know what their deal is lately.
Me: Let's write some extra stories!
Muses: No. We're working on the latest chapter of she just wanted to be heard.
Me: Yeah, but we can take a one-day break from that and write some mini-stories. Come on, let's join in the mania! It'll be fun.
Muses: No.
Me: What do you mean, no?! Come on! Look at this one. Throw me some bunnies, come on, I got a catcher's mit ready to catch 'em. Throw those fuzzy bastards my way.
Muses: No.
Me: Why not?!
Muses: We're working on this one.
Me: But we work on multiple stuff all the time.
Muses: Meh.
Me: Don't start with the 'meh'! I said throw me some bunnies!
Muses: No, we won't be doing that.
Me: I can't do anything with these lameass, boring ideas you're running through my head. I know you can do better. Look, we can write this. Wouldn't it be fun to write for a complete stranger and surprise her? Let's write some mini-fics! I want to join in the mania!
Muses: No.
Me: *headdesk headdesk headdesk*
Even with that, I'm STILL HAPPY. *cavorts about* Lalala, lala lala, deedle deedle dee...
And people on the phone were so damn grumpy today. Just one call after another of people hanging up on me! Yeeeee! But I'm still HAPPY.
