Quick ramble
I wanna post pictures and video from my trip last weekend. It was great, but there's one or two that etherieldc took that I'd like to toss on the post. I'll make one soon. ^__^
Work is going well. Dena had the baby last week and brought her in Friday. Little Alivia (like Olivia, because her oldest sister is ALicia). I kept looking at her, boggling and thinking, "That was INSIDE you. She was DOWNSTAIRS WITH US. IN YOU." Babies are weird creatures. XD She was presh, though, with smushy chipmunk cheeks.
Preparing to leave Thursday night for AnimeNext! beechan2 has my share for the hotel room, and I have my list of things to pack. Some things like my bathing suit and spare towels are still sitting in my suitcase from my previous trip. XD
I've figured out the audiobooks issue on Jeffery the iPod Touch. You see, while there is no option to shuffle tracks while you listen to audiobooks, if you have the shuffle option turned on for your regular music, your AUDIOBOOKS will also shuffle. So you have to go BACK to your music, SELECT A SONG if none are Now Playing, and turn off shuffle, THEN return to the audiobooks menu.
FAIL.
I have a bunch of t-shirts and random items for sale at the Arena and TP. I'd love for you all to take a look. Since the image coding between the boards and LJ is different, I'm just going to toss the Arena link with all the info typed up here. PLEASE take a look, I even offer a return policy for my t-shirts in case the size is no longer accurate due to shrinkage:

Some really cool (to me) news. Ricky Martin will be playing Che (supposed to be Guevara in the stage version but ignored in the movie) on Broadway in a revival of Evita in 2012.

OMG EVITA I LOVE THAT MOVIE I WANNA SEE THE BROADWAY VERSION!
The only issue is that each year I want it to be my last in New York, and while it never is, I really hope I'm still not updating from this house in 2012. >.<
In other news, I do not have a caramel frappe. I have a sad. Stupid McDonald's having McCafe but not frappes. I don't get that.
I've discovered that frappe and frappaccino are copyrighted terms, or some such. If you go into a Starbucks and ask for a frappe you will be corrected rather icily. XD Silly corporate.
