Tutu Sonnet
I'm going to illuminate this, but I wanted to post it for any last minute critique.
It's a SONNET! For theternalmind, for guessing who what character wrote my sonnet awhile back.

a In innocence I watched you live
b a life with no duty or woe
a and yet your love proved elusive
b your heart I could not know.
c with renewed love and restored heart
d came strife and bitter tears.
c Corruption soon took hold of you
d and confirmed all my darkest fears.
e But where a princely heart can grow
f A princely heart can thaw and heal
e and though this heart was wreathed in shadow
f You taught it once again to feel.
g And so into the sunlit sky
g side-by-side our hearts will fly.
