8th Starfish: Starfish Festival Planning and recruiting

Attention fellow mayfieldians and starfish lovers. It has come to Fuuko's attention that Mayfield does not have a holiday to celebrate starfish. Fuuko wants to change this. So, Fuuko has decided that next Saturday shall be the StarFish Festival.
Now now, no need to thank Fuuko. Fuuko just wants everyone to be able to celebrate how amazing starfish are.
However, Fuuko cannot do this alone. Fuuko is amazing, but not that amazing. So, Fuuko is asking for people to help her make this Starfish Festival the best one ever. Anyone can assist, even weirdos. Fuuko needs people to help her make stands, cook food, gather prizes, and make some costumes. Of course, Fuuko will pay everyone who helps handsomely.
There are plenty of jobs to help with, so no need to worry about not being able to help. Together, we will make this a Festival the Starfish will never forget!
