Tomorrow I am waking to rally against this immigration act that our wonderful country wants to put into effect. This pains me that this even has to happen.I am a hispanic that has lived her whole life being called "white". Well, now I have to be afraid my family(some) wont be able to stay in the United States.
IMMIGRANTS ARE DAMAGING OUR ECONOMY!!
okayyyy... please explain to me how immigrants are damaging our economy. We infact( we, being latinos)boost the economy. The jobs that no one wants are filled by people who just want a better life. My grandmother was not a legal citizen when she came over to the United States to find a better life. She sang with the best mariachi bands in Mexico...even a man Named VICENTE FERNANDEZ..though many of you have no idea who I am talking about. Even with all her sucess in Mexico she decided to come to America because she heard about the freedom and oppurtunity we have here.Once she arrived she was forced to work three jobs and never saw her family. She was paid almost nothing but she did it with her head held high because living in the United States was supposedly amazing. You tell me how many higher class people want factory jobs. This is the kind of thing that causes racism.This is the kind of thing that promotes it.To completley want to send all immmigrants back where they came from allows people to think that latinos in america is wrong. It places a stigma on all hispanics. There will be no balance in the United states economy. Will Donald Trump quit his life now to work the jobs that will need to be filled? Is Britney Spears going to become a bus girl? Now I am not saying that all latinos have low jobs because in Modern day America this is most definetly not the case but for immigrants any job is a good job.How can we not allow the fight for a better life? How humble,intelligent,loving,free,equal is america now? If we no longer allow immigrants in the United States we will eventually loose all latinos in America. United States can no longer call them self THE MELTING POT. This is racism. This is prejudice. This is unjust.
A man in a expensive bajillion dollar thread count suit was sitting in the house of reps and realized that within the next decade spanish could be the leading language in America and he was threatened.( this may be an exxageration but you get my drift) Why are these people so afraid of immigrants. Why are you sooo intimidates mr.tooo good for immigrants in my country.
We are living in a time where our president is defying a sovergein nation. We have killed innocent people. and crime rates are sky rocketing but we are focusing on the little mexican man in the kichen.
