(no subject)
I really should update more often. Ackk.. I forgot again. Humm....looking back a bit. Halloween and the Halloween "Season" has come and gone and it was totally awesome. We kicked it off early, with a trip to the Ghouls at Grassmere event mid month with J and D, who took the niece and nephew, in all their cute kidness and adorable costumes. J was a very pretty witch and Donovan was Dr. Horrible. I should have thought to pack a costume, knowing who I was going to be with and considering my boyfriend is a costumer of mind blowing talents.He went as Batman, the uber bad ass in leather version. sigh.. thud...drool... But alas, it didn't cross my mind. Jess saved the day with letting me borrow her Renn Fest stuff so I got to be festive too. Though the announcer at the zoo, called out when we walked accross the field, "Here is a witch, a toga guy, Batman and some other lady". ugh..gotta do better than "some other lady" next year.
Then for the actual weekend of Halloween, I was lucky enough to spend it at Casa G with Jessica and Donovan, worlds most awesomest hosts with the worlds most totally awesome elven ninja warrior. A few highlights that are suitable for writing about would be staying in PJ's till late afternoon dipping pretzels in melted chocolate, and finally watching The Gamers: Dorkness Rising. I loved that way more than should be legal. Haven't laughed that much in forever. Then.... finally, finally threw together a Party Tonks outfit and joined in the really wonderful Smial Halloween Party that was commencing downstairs. Lots of people made it and it was lots of fun!
So wootness all around for Halloween!
PS: If all of this makes NO SENSE at all I am sick as a dog, sound like Zuul from Ghostbusters, even on lots and lots of Sudafed.
