Holiday Bliss
Three days until Christmas & I still have some shopping to do. I think I got about five presents left to buy. I am going to Target on Saturday to get the rest. We did a gift exchange @ work tonight. Brandy got me a gas card for Speedway. I can always use those! Adrienne got me massaging sleepers. I put them on @ work and they felt great. I can't wait to get home and wear them. My feet hurt every night after work.
It doesn't look like I am going to be able to go to New Year's Evolution. I can't get coverage @ work and I don't have enough vacation time to take it off. It looks like I will have to wait until Wrestlemania to see Tanya. I guess that's only three more months. I mean, it's been three years so what's three more months? It will just make the reunion all the more fun! I think I will hit the Dayton house show. That's only like an hour from my house. They are in Louisville also in January. I will have to see what's going on. I wish they would schedule some SD shows around here! I would like to see Matt sometime!
Amy is doing a signing in February in Dayton. I am thinking about checking it out. It's on a Saturday so I won't have to use any vacation time. I wouldn't mind seeing her again. I talked to her for a few minutes in Cleveland in July. It looks like she's doing all the signings for Autorama that Matt did last year. I was hoping that he would do some of them too. It doesn't look like it though.
It's so weird to think that all the drama between Matt & Amy happened almost a year ago. I think it broke about the end of February/beginning of March. I remember going to the signing in Indy in early February and he was so positive about his return. He even talked about how Edge was doing so great with his return & angle. Then a month later, I am talking to him @ the signing in Green Bay. He's kicked Amy out, he was "banned" from Wrestlemania. Edge's tires got slashed. So much drama! John thinks I got alot of drama in my life!! LOL
I am trying to think if I've left anything out? The adoption was finalized this week. So I officially have two more sisters. We've thought of them as family so this just makes it official on paper.
The Tribute to the Troops was pretty good. WWE always puts on the best shows for them. The production value is always great. They put together great video packages. Trish looked so HOT! I found myself tearing up a few times. I don't support the war, but I support the troops. I hope that they can all come home safe and soon! I feel bad for them having to be so far away from their families. I work with a person whose husband is in Iraq. I just couldn't imagine my husband/son/daughter being over there. I would probably worry everyday.
