Not quite the bargain I wanted, but it will do.
Got home and the internet was back up, but I ended up having to call Charter anyway because my e-mail didn't want to play with me after the outage. They reset my password for me, so that's all well and good. I figured as long as I was chatting with them, that I'd see if I could get my monthly payment reduced a little. I'd had a "loyalty" deal that ran out a while ago and I'm tired of paying so damn much for everything. They offered me a special promotion that's good for a year that only saves me $25 a month, BUT, I get faster internet and HBO/Cinemax for free. So, yay? Eh, I'll go with yay. Maybe I'll finally start watching shit like Dexter. For now, I'm watching Chris Pine in "Unstoppable" while I work on my big bang. I've had worse days.
