(no subject)
I was just cleaning my room, starting to get ready to move. I found some weird shit.
"I re-lived my entire day as I confessed it to your answering machine, thoguth about this situation and what I whink that it should truly mean. youre away, and im depressed, living clean but im such a mess. miss resting my head upon your chest, and its only been 2.45 days of this."
that i found as i was reading an online conversation i printed out. I was talking to brittney luther and I just made it up on the spot i guess. what the fuck was i talking about? haha. i have no idea who thats about. probably no one. that was like, 2 years ago.
then i found nice old notes like from Shelly and people like that. and my freshman "year pages". those are hilariously depressing. i suppose 'have a nice summer' is superior to the BS you get on those longer forced entrys you put in the yearbook of someone you hardly know, but know enough to spend 5 minutes with them to sign the damn thing.
I also love notes that start of like this:
"hi. how are you? Im good....." then continue: "im in math class. im bored". fan-fucking-tastic. why did a tree need to die for this, and more importantly, why is that dead tree still in the bottom drawer of my nightstand?
I realize the people who would be reading this (though few if any) are an entirely new generation of friends i have. most of you kids probably have no idea who the hell shelly or luther are. haha.
some things about 2 years ago seem so close, but then some seem like an eternity ago.
my deadjournal goes back crazy far. it would talk a day of my life to go through and read it all now. it wouldnt be worth it. the entrys are sooo dumb...not to say this isnt. but im kind of proud for never having deleted and entry. so feel free to browse at all my stupidty.
i have so much crap in my room. I'm gonna need some huge trash bags.
even some of the stuff im keeping probably should be thrown away. do i really need ticket stubs from every movie ive seen in the past 2 years?
in other news: Garden State is supposed to get here aug. 13...lets make it a party. I requested the day off.
I got a poster and the trailer, now i just need a projector so i can watch said trailer...
