Dear Spacer,

I'm pretty excited to see what you create for this exchange!  I know I'll love whatever you create.

Things I Like:

• Canon! I'm a little bit of a canon stickler, and I love Original Flavor.
• That said, feel free to write pre- or post-canon (especially where noted!) and fill in the gaps of canon
• Friendship makes the world go 'round!  I prefer friendship fic over shipfic, but I don't mind romance creeping in. That said, I do prefer couples to be canon couples.
• I also love competency.  Basically, any of the canon characters being their awesome selves.
• If you make art, I'll probably love it!  I'm not artistic at all myself, so I love seeing what other people can do.

Do Not Wants:

• explicit sex or PWPs
• non-canon AUs
• non-con
• extreme violence
• character death
• crossovers
• brainwashing/mental horror

If you are worried I'm not going to like something in your fic, check out the stories I've favorited on AO3 and FF.net (VictoriaWrites on both sites).  Those are usually a pretty good indicator of tropes I like. I'm on tumblr as saiditallbefore, and while I'm not always talking about these canons, if you're creating fanart you might get a sense of what I like.

Star Wars Original Trilogy

Fanart/Fanfic, Any character

Star Wars is really and truly the fandom of my heart, and I can pretty much guarantee I'll love anything you write here. But if you want ideas:

• Adventures IN SPAAAACE  (Isn't that what Star Wars is all about?  Or at least partly about?)
• re-building after the destruction of the Empire (or just using that as a background, because I realize pro writers have written entire novels with this as the conflict)
• Han/Leia
• Awesome Han&Luke bromance; also Han&Chewie friendship

If you make art for this, I'm all about the adventures in space or Han/Leia.  Maybe the main crew from the Falcon ends up on a strange world?  Or Luke training Leia in the Force?

Guardians of the Galaxy

What happens next? If you want, you can write me a whole epic space adventure, or you can just write a teeny slice-of-life fic. I just want to know more! I'm especially interested in Drax and Rocket as characters, since we don't really get into their headspace like we do Peter and Gamora. So if you want to explore what makes Drax or Rocket tick, that would be awesome.

Fanart/Fanfic, John Stewart

John Stewart is my Green Lantern, all because of this show. Whatever you want to write with him is cool- since this is Space Swap, maybe him working with the Green Lantern Corps for something? Or with the League on another planet?
If you write him in a relationship, I'd like to see him with Shayera/Hawkgirl.

I'd love to see fanart for this- again, maybe somethign with him working with the members of the Green Lanter Corps we met in the show?  Or with members of the League?  Or just John being awesome and doing Green Lantern stuff.
