Fangirl Geek Time

I've looked at Final Fantasy X ending countless time and still cried over it, I'm weird like that. I blame the music and the fact that I followed the Original Japanese version closely. I just looked at the 'Normal' ending of Final Fantasy X-2 again, and I compared them to the English version.

I just don't understand why do the translators feel the need to change what Yuna said to Tidus at the end of the game. The original was the most touching thing she could say to him, and it's definitely not "I love you." In both FFX and X-2, she said THANK YOU to him.

"I love you" kind of take away the tragedy part of their stories from me (in my opinion). "Thank you" can have so much more, a deeper meaning, so much feelings contained within.

Arrrrrgghhh, stop changing dialogues of the emotional parts please.

I'm going to go through Final Fantasy XII tonight and hopefully revise the story and then I may be able to write something for that series.

thoughts that only she cares
