Hey! Did everyone have a nice Christmas? :>
I did! I'm hoping to go sledding a few more times while the snow is still nice and deep. Also, I think it's an extraordinary feat of scheduling that I managed to watch all the Christmas movies I wanted to see on TV, even with my weird and fluctuating work schedule this month. I only rented one! It was pretty amazing.
As usual, I got addicted to this children's show called Santa Apprentice, which comes on every morning in December. It's soooo cute. I absolutely love it. Apparently they just made a movie version over in France (which is where the show was made, too), and I really, really hope they dub it into English.
Most animation from France that I've seen is actually of really good quality, which is kind of interesting. I dunno if they push their stuff onto the American channels at all, but we get all the dorky French animations like Team Galaxy and stuff, and although their plots/characters/whatever are sometimes iffy, the animation itself is always really good. Isn't that weird? I mean, that doesn't seem to be something people associate France with, does it? Oh, Japan and America, taking all the credit.
I really love hearing about Christmas, so does anyone want to tell me what they did this year? I especially love hearing about holiday traditions. I'm constantly trying to invent new ones for myself, too, so you might inspire me! \o/
