Penguins!

Hope you like penguins, Nexus, because there's a decently sized group of them right over there. Emperor Penguins, no less, at about 48 inches tall for adults. And, with four foot tall birds, it might be hard to immediately spot the three foot tall fellow who seems to be trying to herd them - even if the blue parka he's wearing is a contrast to all

The tall scaley figure looks down -- and down -- at the figure in the parka.

"Frequently," he says without moving his mouth.

Ice smiles back. "I guess it happens. But maybe next time I go to catch penguins I should take back up. Hey, come back here..." That last is said to the penguins, and Ice finally gives in and makes a hasty corral of ice with his weapon system to herd them into for a moment. Or try to herd them into, at least.

The Chancellor will try to be nice and move his towering form in the way of some wandering penguins, who will hopefully turn around. "It is always good to have backup, yes. Even if waiting for it is difficult. It is better to attempt something which may have an even chance."

Ice giggles. "Oh, I'll get them home okay. I just think they're going to make me chase them the whole way."

And the penguins do turn around. Soon, they're all temporarily corralled so Ice can take a break and talk.
