"No, Skylar, I do not believe that would be an advantage in Miss Lisa's eyes...no, you may not recruit Miss Mia and Miss Emilia..." The gentleman on the cellphone frowns as he realizes he's no longer where he was, "I must let you go for now, Skylar...Do try to refrain from harassing Miss Lisa...I shall see all of you at tonight's study session..." Start slowly and progress. Don't try urging her to go for her degree, suggest that she take classes in a subject she finds interesting. If, for example, she loves to read, you might want to suggest that she take a class in a particular genre of literature she enjoys. If she likes taking photographs, she could take one on art photography. As she takes classes and succeeds - which I expect she will, if she has a subject she enjoys - she will gain confidence and most likely go on to pursue an education on her own accord.

"..." Merlin nods, looking a bit sheepish, "I hadn't thought of going that route...I believe Miss Emilia and Miss Mia will be rather helpful in figuring out where Miss Lisa's interests lie...I thank you for your suggestion, Miss..." He smiles, making a mental note to ask the afore mentioned women for help.

"Ah, I see...experience in that area...I do wish I could say I have similar experience...Unfortunately, Miss Lisa is the first I've encountered...Again, I do thank you, Miss Athenasia..." Something occurs to Merlin, and he smiles apologetically, "I do hate to sound rude, but would you happen to know how I may be able to return home?"

"You don't really need to go to school to finish your education." Fred looks up from conversing with what appears to be a cellphone and pushes his cracked and taped glasses back up his nose. "Maybe just find out what she likes and give her books?"

Merlin frowns a bit, "Finishing one's education is a rather...rediculous notion...considering one is continually learning throughout one's life...I just believe it would be more in Miss Lisa's best interests to get a degree...even an associate's degree would benefit her..."

Fred shrugs. "Yeah, that's true. But I have three doctorates, and I've never used any of them. I even had to hide the things to get a job."
