A swish and flash brings a harried-lookin Desinex shortly before Dreadnought asks his question. The femme frowns, considering how to reply, before nodding and stepping out from her arrival point. "Yeah..." She frowns again, giving Dreadnought a curious once-over. "You wouldn't happen to be Dreadnought, would you?"

"In the shell." His mouth quirks slightly as he remembers the condition she was in when last their paths came near to crossing.

Desinex relaxes, slightly. "You know, you're a hard mech to locate when you don't want to be found..." She chuckles a bit, before donning a more serious expression. "Do you know someplace where we can talk in private?"

"Wasn' hidin'." He shrugs, then studies her with invisible optics. "What about?"

Desinex chuckles, "okay, you weren't hiding, but you were still a pain in the aft to track down..." She glances around quickly before moving closer and lowering the volume of her voice, "I need help taking on the Starscream of my home reality. I've got allies who wish to see the war end as much as I do, but for that to happen, Starscream needs to be removed from the equation."

Dreadnought lifts his visor, exposing the dark optics that he inherited from his mech creator. "You want him off line? Or just down?"

Desinex might notice a sudden very very faint sound of static from the air around them.

"Just down..." Desinex tenses as she hears the static.

"You know he's just going to come back." He frowns at her slightly and lets the static of the cloaking shield fade.

Desinex narrows her optics. "I don't intend for him to be able to get away to lick his wounds. My allies and myself are working on a way to take him offline for good." If Dreadnought were to look, he'd note the lack of faction sigil, and the fact that her optics are no longer red, but blue. Seems someone's gotten a few 'upgrades' since the last time they met.

The big mech blinks. "Let me get this straight. You want Starscream dead. And you want me to catch him for you so you can make him dead?"

"Yeah...I know, it sounds crazy...but it's the only way...Starscream is bent on obtaining as much power as he can...my guess is he won't stop until he has control of the Earth...and until every last Autobot is dead." Desinex growls lowly, and paces a bit. "I have friends...on the side of the Autobots...friends I'm willing to risk my life to protect..."

Desinex scowls at that, "Then I'd just have to fight you. That's the way things go in the 'Con ranks where I'm from...the leader gets challenged, and if the challenger wins, they become the leader of the Decepticons...until they lose a challenge for their position...Thank Primus I don't have to fight Shockwave..."

Dreadnought frowns, finding himself disturbed at the thought of what Gen will think of him for handing over a helpless bot to be killed. "What if I don't wanna be the leader and I'm just following your orders?"

"..." Desinex seems a bit confused. "Well...I'm sure we could work something out...I'm more concerned at the moment with getting rid of Starscream's extra armor and weaponry...leveling the playing field is more what I had in mind..."
