It's been a while since he was here, having stumbled into the Nexus with DG and Cain, but Glitch aka Ambrose, is back in the Nexus. He doesn't seem to notice it, however, and is instead rather busy reading the letter he's carrying in his hand.
"...'regret to inform you that we cannot extend you a line of credit for so foolish and ill-timed a project as the repair and restoration of the Old Road... T. King, NOME.'"
He shakes his head. "We really needed that. How are we supposed to fix the Old Road if we can't get NOME behind the project? Pointless, obstructing bureaucratic..."
It should be noted that he's still mostly talking to himself and has not yet noticed where he's wandered off to.
