Varek sighed, then dropped his hand. Giving them a moment to recoup he shrugged. "I'm sorry. My people can shift organic forms. The blue being you saw is my original body, but I can only communicate telepathically when I'm in it, but you apparently cannot hear it. I had to morph into this human form to communicate with you."
"Oh. Right. Well... you're those Cybertronian kind, right? The other robots change shape and transform, I'm just an organic who can do the same," he said. "And don't fear, even if I were mean, this whole place is protected by an Anti-Violence Field. That means nobody can hurt you, even if they try they'll be stopped."
"I can help you program these PINs to take you back to your home," Varek offered. Normally he didn't like the big, pushy robots that hung around here, but he could symphasize with these little lost ones. Plus, they seemed afraid of him. He'd never experienced that before with aliens, but he found he didn't like it.
"Well.... this isn't your world. I mean, your mother probably won't be able to find you if you stay here," he said. "But these devices can take you home whenever you like."
She mirrors his frown, the expression looking slightly out of place. Personality programming is warning her to be wary, but her personal experience can't see any reason why she should doubt the being's words.
Then sparkling curiosity asserts itself. "What's a prince?"

He slowly and painfully morphed, then feel to his butt, breathing heavily and rubbing his temples. He hated being human.
"Sorry," he said, voice slow and sturdy. "I tried to say, this will help you get home," he offered the PIN again.

Please forgive them, Varek. They're only new.

"So everything's new," finishes Nova, still looking at Varek warily.

"Our creator," explains Nova. "She just got us today, and she won't want us to be lost."
