Rumble's sitting on a couch trying to look cool. "Okay, I'm askin' this question for a friend who's too much of a %$$##@ ta ask it himself. Is it possible to love somebody who don't got a spark?"
*Auspex's attention is diverted by the two arguing mechs, and she approaches carefully. She recognizes one of Soundwave's cassettes, though she is uncertain of his name. The fem's construction is strangely similar to Galvatron's, and his triad... hmm*
*She speaks calmly, attempting to diffuse the squabble* It is possible, yes, though it may bring pain; the depth of feeling should determine the worth of the risk. But... why do you argue?
Two sets of red optics look at her, one warily and the other with calm curiosity.
"This is a matter between myself and Rumble," she says gravely, unaware of the frantic anxiety spike that her words cause in the smaller mech, who gives Auspex a nearly pleading expression.
*Auspex's indigo gaze settles on Rumble for a moment, as she senses and sees the panic. What does he want her to do? She shouldn't interfere. But she does answer the fem*
It seems to me that he has a very interesting theoretical question, though. It is not something often thought of.

Threnody: You'd better explain now. Does this have something to do with your disapearances?
Rumble: What? No! I ain't... *cringing under her look* NO!
Threnody: *regards him narrowly, but then settles down to one knee to be closer to his eye level* Rumble, you used to be my friend.
Rumble: You were little 'n cute then.... Uh, I mean....!
Threnody: Who is she?
Rumble: It ain't me!
