It seems part of the Nexus has been taken over by flashing lights and dance music, though where it's coming from is up for debate. There's even been a bar set up to one side (probably somehow conned or begged from Vexen), fully stocked. And there is an Axel, happily dancing to the music and oblivious to any stares that might be directed at him.
The obvious question is does anyone want to dance?
