A dazed looking small pink Cybertronian suddenly appears in the Nexus and slumps onto a couch, where she just leans against the arm and smokes for a bit with her face hidden. And leaks.

Then finally she stirs and wipes her face. "Big, grey, and mean. That was Megatron. Right?"

She's packing some damage and seems shocky.

"Probably," Arcee knelt, frowning and looking concerned for the small bugbot. "Are you alright, honey? Do you need some repairs?"

"I'm okay," says Katydid shakily, drawing away from someone for the first time in her life. She leaves a pink stain on the couch.

Arcee didn't follow, not wanting to scare the girl.

"It's alright, hun. I'm not going to hurt you. I can't, because of the AV field, but I wouldn't want to try."

The youngster doesn't seem to hear the new voice, though she registers Ata's presence and draws away from it.

*Kickback rushes in the nexus his frame peppered with battle damage and he is NOT happy* Slagging little ....* he curses back at the portal he's just run through* You think I fragging well care what YOU think!

*he finnally notices Katydid and his posture changes compleatly. His antennae droop and he seems filled with worry as he rushes over to her* Katy? Did he get you Katy because if that slagger so much as touched you...

*he trails off as he gently strokes her helmet. Kickback looks almost as if his spark's just been torn in two. He obviously cares for his kid and seeing her like this hurts more than his own wounds*

*He gently pulls her to him* It's okay Bombshell's on his way; he'll fix you right up.

"She's injured, I think," Arcee said, then picked up the pain override program and offered it to him. "This can help her stay conscious until she can be fixed up."

Katydid leaves behind a pink stain on the couch, but at her foster creator's voice and touch she stirs. "Kickback...."

Shssh it's okay little bug I'm here now. *he gently rubs her head concerned at the pink stain; he runs a scan on her energy levels to make sure she doesn't bleed out*

*Kickback looks at Arcee at little suspiciously for a moment; but takes the program parental concern winning over factional disputes* My thanks.
