"What kind of nanobots?" Pete knows enough about nanobots to know they could solve his problem, but since he's only just beaten the hunger in his own home dimension, he's not going to let anyone do anything that would risk turning him against humanity again. There's so few of them left, they can't lose even a single one.
"The...any kind." A quadruplet of steely, cable-like tentacles unwrap out of Hank's right arm. They writhe a little bit, but seem to overall be an extension of his arm.
"I think I'll just stick with ducttape. With this zombie plague inside of me, I wouldn't want to take any risks infecting mechanical stuff, seeing Vision go zombie was freaky enough. Thanks anyway."
Too bad for his fun then, that Peter can't get sick, nor feel pain. Hell if the poor guy can sit there being torn in half without feeling it, he sure isn't going to feel some little needle. Unfortunately, the needle is slightly too small for the thread. Guess he'll have to make do with the ducttape. Then again, maybe if he frays the thread a bit. He lifts his mask slightly, showing decayed flesh and very sharp teeth, placing the needle between them as he messes with the thread.

Peter yelled at him, while trying to get up enough to see who was laughing.

And he tosses a needle over too, after laughing again! A nasty (most likely used), painful looking thing.
