There's a thud and a clatter, and a Bumblebee sits up, rubbing her helm and scanning her surroundings warily. She's not so rough looking since the last time that she was here, but her scars are still plain and numerous

At first, Ata is flying high above the Nexus before she notices the commotion by the Sign. As soon as she notices it, she quickly dives down to investigate.

She flinches at the sound of the jet, then dives off the couch and lands on one knee, automatically trying to activate her arm cannon and failing. "No!"

She veers off, transforms and land, showing herself to be an Autobot... Who has a look of 'What the fark?' about her.

Bumblebee sees the transformation, but the sight only brings her further into the flashback and she scrambles for cover, frantically trying to raise her teammates over her radio.

"Get off me," Arcee stormed into the Nexus, then swore loudly as she realized she'd come back.

Behind her a small purple and black giant hobbled in, smirking slightly and then looking around. "Huh. This place again," he said.

Arcee glared at him, then glanced around, looking for the Con Sam, then she froze when she saw a familiar yellow shell.

Bumblebee's back on the couch, her optics focused hazily on the ceiling/sky as her sensors do a happy dance from the overcharge she's just given them. Lost in fuzz and memory, she doesn't notice the two newcomers.

"Bee?" Arcee walked over, knees weak. It was her, though she looked awful.

Blacktop blinked, having seen the femme's shrine, then frowned, putting a hand on his superior's shoulder.

"She's not your-"

"Bee!" Arcce was over there in an instant. Blacktop grunted and almost fell over.

The voice penetrates her happy haze and she jumps and tries to sit up, only to fall off the couch with a clang. She lays there and stares, her optics wide with shock as her processor gives out static.

Then it shuts down abruptly to reboot.

What the heck is she trying to do back there? Here, 'Bee, have a startled looking human.

"Um... couldn't you just tell them that you're meant to be the one looking after it?"

Bumblebee rolls over and looks at her over the edge of the couch. "I... guess I could. But he outranks me."

*Auspex tilts her head curiously. Here is another mech from that universe with the very foreign construction... an apparently overcharged mech. She's not sure the question is a coherent one, but she attempts to answer, anyway*

If they are not within your command structure, can they do that? It would seem to me that would be an issue between the two mechs in question, rather than you; though perhaps it would be best to tell your commander that it has happened, rather than leave them to find out for themselves.

*She hopes for more details, but isn't prying just yet*

Bumblebee freezes and makes a soft beep. "I... can't tell Prime." Her voice drops. "He's dead."

*Auspex blinks at her a moment, before bowing her head a bit, speaking softly* I apologize. I did not realize your commanding officer was no longer alive.

*Well... considering the number of Primes that have returned from death... still, it is not a given, and there's no sense in bouying the yellow mech's hopes falsely*

So... it is someone else, under him, but above you, who is hiding this object? What is his reasoning for this?

"It's the captain of the ship we're on now. And he says he's keeping it safe. But Prime asked me to keep the Matrix of Leadership safe...."

She blinks as she realizes what she just said and hides her face with her hands, feeling of despair and grief and guilt.

Dropjaunt comes at Uzulee's bidding, but by the time they reach Bumblebee - well, it's too late to keep her sober, anyway.

The truck-former hastens over as he catches sight of the yellow 'bot. He looks down at his wayward patient, focusing determinedly on being exasperated and not looking around at the Nexus. "Bumblebee? Are you all right? And are you trying to fry your circuits?"

This is why he's making a run out tonight to store the base's energon elsewhere.

She looks back at him blearily. "M' trying to forget. 'N ask a question."

The medic shakes his head again. "That doesn't work..." Another sigh, and he leans down to try helping her up. "What question did you ask?"

"What I should do about... the captain taking my thinger." She blinks at the sudden change in position and groans. "Ugh...."

Uzulee sighs and wishes she were big enough to help.
