Somewhere, on some world, someone decides that they don't want the new spark that they've just created and lets it fade away.
Here in the Nexus someone else brings that weak and unwanted spark and gently forms a shell around it. Tiny but perfect limbs, small hands curled like a human infant's would, large optics shuttered wearily.
The shimmer of light fades from around the cat-sized movie-style protoform, leaving her snuggled in a corner of a couch. Her very presence and vulnerability asks the question.
