A very large door opens to one side of the sign, and 35 foot of black movie Decepticon steps through, his optics on his catlike companion as he gives the beast a piece of his mind. Then he stops short and looks around as he realizes that he's somehow no longer on base

To people from a certain universe-set (G1), the mech is recognizably Slingshot of the Aerialbots. Except he's been built to look like a Seeker.

"Just speaking generally here, but if they're dead, you waited too long."

The black one looks at him, frowning more deeply. "He's not dead. What are you?"

[aerialcrons]

"Well, if he's not dead, then you still got time to make his life suck."

Slingshot puffs himself up proudly. "I'm an Aerialcron."

"Rather just make it end," he rumbles, scowling absently. "What's an Aerialcron?"

"Any longer than I have to." That would be the cranky shuttle-former over thataway, busy eyeing the newcomer and his little cat, too.

He looks at the smaller mech, musing inwardly over the strange construction of these creatures. "So a few thousand vorns wouldn't matter to you."

"I wouldn't like it, but it's not like I couldn't do other stuff in the meantime." Movor, for his part, is guessing at the other Decepticon's home universe from his design.

[pastwillhaunt]

"I've done a lot of things in the meantime." He shifts his weight and absently kicks the cat, who slaps at him with a snarl. "Some... senior officer... was just trying to convince me there was no point in holding the grudge."
