There is a very exhausted Lily sprawled across the length of a Convenient Nexus Couch, tending wearily to some scrapes and cuts. She's wearing a white short-sleeved shirt with blue armored pieces on the sleeves and draping over the front of her shoulders, a red and white pleated skirt with a very large red bow at the back of her waist and dark blue shorts underneath, and intriguingly-styled blue and white boots that flare open at the tops like a blossoming flower. Her hair is also temporarily light blue and her eyes are the color of a stormy summer sky, once more covered by thin-framed glasses. Oh yeah, and there's dark bluish-green bows tied round her ponytails where they're fastened at her head.
It looks like this, for the curious. "Me at level 54," she starts tiredly. "And two friends at levels 51 and 57. We took on an area with monsters that are level 75 and over. Amazingly enough, we did quite well up until the boss fights." She winces, dabbing lightly at a cut on her knee. "But, since this was a simulation...well, there's bugs in any system, right? One of them was kicked out of the simulation before the first boss...well, me and my remaining teammate took that one down pretty easily. Then we got to the second boss, and the system hiccupped again. So where did this leave me? It left me as the sole fighter against a very large, very aggravated, very unfortunately level 80 boss. 45 minutes, that's what it took for me to get fed up and cancel the simulation."
She sighs. "I ran from the fight, even after I put all that effort into it and it had become clear that there was no way I could win alone. Does that make me a coward?"
